Option Two: Automatic Email Alert

During your evaluation with one of our knowledgeable, caring RTS staff, you can choose to enroll in our "Email notification program". An email will be automatically sent to your attention at every critical point in the order process, providing you with up to date information efficiently, effortlessly, and electronically.

Option Three: Order Status Report Review

An ATG Rehab Representative can provide you with a hard copy of your order status report. Clinicians can determine the frequency of order status reports which can be sent via email, fax, or US postal service without any effort on the customers part.
