Order Status
At ATG Rehab we know you want to know where your order stands every step of the way, from taking the initial order, through clinician communications, to ultimately customer satisfaction. Our Customer Care Communications Solutions gives you the clinician three options for monitoring order status.
Option One: Point, Click, and you are done!
Just

Option Two: Automatic Email Alert
You can choose to enroll in our "Email notification program". An Email will be automatically sent to your attention at every critical point in the order process, providing you with up to date information efficiently, effortlessly, and electronically. During the eval process, just let the ATP know that you want to receive the Email notifications and we will take care of the rest.
Option Three: Order Status Report Review
An ATG Representative can provide you with a hard copy of your order status report. You can determine the frequency of order status reports which can be sent via email, fax, or US postal service. Speak with your ATP or call your local ATG Rehab branch to request this hard copy.

RESNA Position Papers:
Each of these papers presents physiologic and functional justification, best practice standards and other invaluable information in justifying the client needs for these classes of equipment. They are attached for your review and use in your daily clinical and business practice.
Our industry and profession has been plagued by a lack of scientific data to support the effectiveness of the seating, positioning and wheeled mobility interventions that we all apply on a daily basis. This makes policy change and justifications to payers difficult if not impossible. We have long needed tools that payers, regulators and legislators will understand and accept as convincing sources for medical and functional justifications and reasonable predictors of positive outcomes.
