The MED Certified Repair Centers (CRC) Program has been providing technical support and training in all aspects of wheelchair repair since 1993. The focus of CRC is to bring up-to-date, practical information to service technicians and to provide guidance and tools for Service Center management. This is accomplished through MED’s close relationship with prominent suppliers for technical information and through CRC members for the development and sharing of operational information.
The CRC Program was established to enable out members to consistently provide superior post-sale service support for wheelchairs with an emphasis on powered units.
