“All’s NOT Well in Wellsville” is designed to educate Congress and third party payers regarding real-life access problems and the growing negative consequences funding cuts are having on people with disabilities. The video profiles the town of Wellsville, New York and individuals with disabilities and their medical teams at a local health care facility. It is meant to be widely distributed and used by providers, clinicians, and consumers across the country.
